EverBee review: what it is and what it does
EverBee is software for Etsy product research. You install its free Chrome extension, connect your Etsy account and look at listings, shops and keywords with numbers beside them. Its home page describes real sales and revenue for any Etsy product, product analytics, keyword research, a shop analyzer, trends and folders for saving what you find.
This review reads the vendor's own pages and terms as of November 4, 2026. Claims that cannot be checked from a public page, such as how fresh the data is, are labeled as the vendor's own.
Strengths: what the vendor lists
- Product analytics: the free Hobby plan shows views, reviews and favorites. The paid plans add sales, revenue and conversion rate for listings.
- Keyword research: Hobby covers 10 keywords. Growth and Business list unlimited keywords with a Keyword Score, a tag analyzer and filters, including three "Hot Filters."
- Trends: Growth shows growth rate on individual listings from last month to all time. Business adds patterns over 3, 6, 12 and 24 months and beyond.
- Saved work: favorites for keywords, shops and listings, with custom folders. The caps rise from a few on Hobby to unlimited on Business.
- AI actions: 100 a month on Growth and unlimited on Business, according to the pricing page, plus access through an MCP connection for AI assistants.
Limits: what the numbers cannot tell you
Sales and revenue for a listing you do not own are estimates built from public signals. The vendor's terms say the information, reports and services may include inaccuracies. That is normal for research tools, and it shapes how to use the data: compare one niche with another, look for patterns across many listings and treat a single listing's revenue figure as a rough guide.
An estimate also cannot say why a listing sells. Photos, reviews, shipping, a shop's age and its ad spending all sit outside a keyword or sales figure. The home page describes the data as near real-time, which is the vendor's claim. Ask yourself what a decision needs before paying for freshness.
How the plans differ, with the amounts left to the vendor
EverBee has three plans, and its pricing page has a Monthly and Annual toggle with a saving shown for annual billing. The page says there is no free trial, and that the Hobby plan is free and needs no payment details. Because the amounts change and move with the toggle, this review leaves them to the vendor's live page. The EverBee pricing guide shows how to read that page and how to test a monthly cost against a shop's profit.
Who EverBee fits, and who should pick something else
- Fits: new and growing sellers who research products and keywords every week and want sales and revenue estimates, trend data and saved lists in one place.
- Consider the free tiers first if you list a few items a month. The Hobby plan, eRank's free plan and Alura's free plan each cover basic research. EverBee vs eRank sets two of them side by side.
- Consider a different mix of tools if your main task is listing optimization or competitor tracking. The best Etsy seller tools guide groups tools by the job each does.
- Start with fee math if you are still working out profit per sale. A research tool cannot fix a listing that loses money after Etsy's fees.
The evidence behind this buying guidance
This guide draws on EverBee pricing page, EverBee home page, EverBee terms of service, eRank plans and pricing page. Merchant-controlled records describe the provider’s own capabilities, terms or standards; they do not independently validate those claims. Other cited records provide additional context. A different publisher or a research, regulatory or certification label does not by itself establish independence, relevance or product validation.
