Quick answerEverBee is software for Etsy product and keyword research. You add a Chrome extension, connect your Etsy account and see listing, shop and keyword data, with sales and revenue estimates on paid plans. It is a research aid, not a store builder, and it is not part of Etsy.

What is EverBee in one paragraph

EverBee is a software service for Etsy product research and revenue analytics, as its terms describe it. It combines product analytics, keyword research, trends and a Chrome extension. The vendor, EverBee, Inc., is a separate company from Etsy, and this site is not affiliated with either. Sellers use it to look at what is selling, which keywords shoppers type and how a niche is moving, before they make or list a product.

How it works, step by step

  • Install the free Chrome extension. The vendor says this lets you research inside Etsy search.
  • Connect your Etsy account. The vendor says no payment details are needed to start on the free Hobby plan.
  • Search products, keywords or shops. Results appear with views, reviews and favorites on the free plan, and sales, revenue and conversion rate on paid plans.
  • Save what you find. Favorites, folders and a tag analyzer help you collect keywords and shops to come back to.

The main parts of the product

Product Analytics lists listings with figures beside them and filters such as new, rapid growth and trending. Keyword Research shows keywords with a Keyword Score on paid plans. The Shop Analyzer looks at a shop as a whole. Trends and Growth Rate show how a listing's numbers move over time, from last month to longer windows on higher plans. Folders keep saved items in order. The vendor also lists AI actions and an MCP connection that lets an AI assistant read Etsy data.

The home page also lists free tools, including an Etsy fee calculator and a shop name generator. These are separate from the research plans.

What EverBee is not

It is not a way to sell on Etsy, and it does not set up a shop. Its sales and revenue figures for other sellers' listings are estimates, and the vendor's terms state that its information and reports may include inaccuracies. Related products from the same company, OpoShop for print-on-demand stores and Ohoney for mockups and publishing, are separate products.

Who it is for

  • New sellers choosing a first product or niche for digital downloads, print on demand or handmade goods.
  • Growing shops checking keywords and trends before adding listings.
  • Sellers who also need to know how digital listings work on Etsy itself. Etsy's own help page covers that, with up to five files per instant download listing and no variations for digital items.

What the free plan lets you try

The free Hobby plan is the lowest-risk way to see whether the tool suits you. It lets you look at products with views, reviews and favorites, run research on 10 keywords and save a few keywords and shops. That is enough to try the workflow on one product idea. The vendor says paid plans unlock the sales and revenue columns, so decide before upgrading whether those two columns would change what you list. A seller who researches a product once a month may never need them.

Where to go next
